The real cause of type 2 diabetes is a consequence of insulin resistance, not the cause.
– Mechanism: The accumulation of fat and toxicity blocks the insulin receptors of the cells, preventing glucose from entering to obtain energy.
– Result: Glucose accumulates in the bloodstream, causing high blood sugar levels.

Root causes: KETO. Why low-carb diets aren't the solution

– Low-carb diets (e.g., keto) manage the symptoms, but do not address the root cause. Types of diabetes

– Type 1: An autoimmune disease in which the pancreas does not produce insulin.

NATURAL CURE FOR DIABETES What questions do you have? I'll answer them.

– Excess fat (especially from animal products and refined oils).
– Accumulation of toxicity and acidity.
– Sedentary lifestyle.
– Common symptoms: Insulin resistance, prediabetes, fatty liver, and high cholesterol/triglycerides.
– Risk in thin people: Thin people can develop type 2 diabetes if fat accumulates around internal organs, which is often more dangerous than subcutaneous fat.

– Mechanism: By eliminating carbohydrates, glucose spikes are reduced.
– Problem: High consumption of fat and animal protein worsens insulin resistance, fatty liver, and cholesterol.
– Long-term effects:
– Chronic constipation due to lack of fiber.
– Kidney and liver damage.
– Higher risk of heart disease.
– Conclusion: Low-carb diets are a short-term solution for weight loss that compromises long-term health.

– Treatment: It is managed with insulin. Reversal is rare, but a plant-based diet can improve control.
– Gestational: Temporary insulin resistance during pregnancy.
– Cause: Placental hormones that interfere with insulin function.
– Risk: Higher in women with pre-existing insulin resistance.

– The reversal is based on three pillars:
1. Plant-based diet: Eliminate fat and toxicity to restore cellular sensitivity.
– Breakfast: Green juices and whole fruit (especially berries and citrus fruits).
– Meals: Complex carbohydrates (e.g., sweet potato, potato) with plenty of vegetables.
– Legumes: An ideal source of carbohydrates, protein and fiber.
– Oats: Beta-glucan fiber slows down glucose absorption.
2. Strength training: Increases muscle mass, which is metabolically active and improves insulin sensitivity.
3. Stress management: Reduces stress-induced glucose production.
– Foods to avoid during the reversal:
– Concentrated fats: Oils (olive, coconut), cheese, sausages.
– Processed foods: All packaged foods.
– Nuts and seeds: Consume in moderation at first.
