IRISH MOSS

Indicated for thyroid/parathyroid problems, helps strengthen joints, bones, tissues, hair and skin. High collagen and nutrient content.

FOR ALGAE WATER:

Hydrate approximately 10 grams in water until the algae are well covered.

Rest for 2/3 hours

Strain and reserve the water.

Use that water for your hair or plants (it's super nutritious)

FOR THE GEL:

Blend the leftover seaweed with distilled or filtered water (double the volume of seaweed)

Store this gel in a glass jar.

Lasts 3-4 weeks

USE:

Take one tablespoon a day on an empty stomach, and then drink water to finish swallowing it. Topically: take a very small piece with a little water, rub it in your hands and spread it on your face and body.
