I am Lu Del Mar, founder of Regenerative Alchemy, and I am sharing this with you about myself. These are some unusual things. It was very fun to write this… I broke many patterns and deprogrammed myself to be able to heal. Here it is, I am sharing it with you 💜👇
🍇I don't use any deodorant or perfume and I don't smell bad (when the body is clean that's how it should be)
🍈I don't shave
🍉I don't dye my hair
🍊I don't use filters on my phone or in apps
🍋I use little to no makeup
🍌I don't use toxic chemicals in my house (only eco-friendly detergent, homemade lemon cleaner, baking soda)
🌶️I'm not crazy and I don't plan on doing it
🍒I have big breasts, if I lose weight, they get smaller and if I gain weight, they get bigger.
🥑I almost died a year ago from hypothermia
🍓I have lived in 5 countries (Peru where I was born, Argentina where I grew up, the US for a couple of years and Mexico now for 5 years)
🍑My partner is also a raw vegan and detox specialist (What are the chances of this? I'm lucky, I know)
🥝I live in a small town called Malinalco, it is a fruit paradise, clean air, spring water in a valley, with many bodies of water and surrounded by mountains
🥥I speak 3 languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese)
🫐I am an Alchemist, I work with the violet flame that represents transformation
🫒I see and feel things that are beyond this plane. In my consultations I can feel and perceive things that go beyond the rational mind
🍐I am extremely sensitive, so much so that I have not been able to use public transport for several years. I had to learn to protect my energy
🥒My hair used to be straight and now it's wavy (yes, it changed on its own, I didn't do anything to it) and it grew a lot quickly due to a hormonal problem
🫑My mom has also been following this raw vegan/hygienist lifestyle for many years, she was the one who introduced me to all this
🥭I was a Recruitment Manager for Latin America in a multinational corporation. I left this to dedicate myself to being a Detox and Health coach, and I'm doing very well.
