We register this element in the body as heat when we feel the temperature, the fire of our digestion and our internal fire or willpower. The third chakra, the Solar Plexus, is called Manipura and is related to the fire element that represents the will to initiate, action and balance, with the strength of the spiritual warrior.
The element of fire is related to that which is fiery, passionate, aggressive, but at the same time, purifying. In the natural world, it could be represented through the flames of fire, lightning and its power (uncontrolled, it causes flames and destruction; controlled, it gives rise to electricity and advancement, progress). It is hot, dry, light, mobile and rough.
Balanced fire element
• It helps us connect with passion, love, happiness and optimism.
• It represents satisfaction, sincerity.
• Connects with our ingenuity and creativity, the ability to take advantage of opportunities and do whatever is necessary: action, movement.
• The ability to fight, lead and be self-confident.
Practices to balance the fire element
We can eat cooler foods if we have too much heat or warmer ones if we have too little heat. For example, the herb pericón (also known as St. John's wort) helps to remove the cold from the body. Other spices for the same purpose are ginger, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Meditation and yoga to activate the third chakra or Manipura located at the solar plexus level, this helps us activate our inner willpower.
Sunbathing is very beneficial (early or late when the sun is soft). Breathing fire is used when starting activities that want activation and energy. Fire is the transmuting element that when in balance propels us through life.
Tomorrow Friday we start the next group 11-11 Four Elements for a 21-day Detox process, there are some places left, send a private message. Check out the program in my bio @alchemy.regenerative It's going to be great and it's the last one of the year 👌✨ not to be missed!
