It has been a wonderful experience in which I learned to love myself more by dedicating time to consciously choosing what I consume in such a way that it not only fills my body but nourishes it! It's incredible how everything changes and not only internally but also calms the mind by introspecting what is damaging. Before I felt frustrated by a thousand things that were not in my control, now I breathe and with love and compassion towards myself I am learning to manage my emotions everything has a reason.
