The idea that exercise cleanses the body
It's a fallacy. The body is meant to move. However, you can't just exercise and expect to be healthy.
You can "look" fit and healthy and die
of a heart attack tomorrow. The way you look on the outside never necessarily
reflects what is happening inside your body.
Our concepts of beauty would be quite different if you were made of glass. Imagine! Someone seeing you and saying, "How beautiful your liver is, your intestines are super clean, your blood is flowing so well, and so on."
Yes, of course, exercise helps move lymph, but that doesn't guarantee elimination. It's like removing garbage without taking it out. This waste leaves through the elimination channels, such as the kidneys with urine, the intestines with feces, and the skin with perspiration. In other words, if you're not eliminating toxins, they're accumulating.
If your lymphatic system is congested, symptoms of disease will eventually appear. Health is about the type and quality of fuel you put into your machine (body).
Processed foods (we can't call them food because they are devoid of nutrition) and foods of animal origin are the ones that cause bloating, inflammation, create
of fat cells to store toxins, water retention to buffer acids, hence a more inflated person can be seen.
If you eat minimal amounts of the
wrong foods will make you bloated
like a balloon as your body tries to fight off the toxic acids by using water. That's why dieting and portion control don't work. It's not just how much, but WHAT you put into your body.
Eat fruits, vegetables, green leaves,
Mostly raw, mostly fruit, and the weight falls off easily. Eat plenty of the right foods and you'll be fit.
Eat as often as you are hungry and without restrictions on these foods: fruits, vegetables, and greens.
EXERCISE DOES NOT REPLACE A BAD DIET.
If your interest is merely in a certain look and aesthetic, you're missing out on eating well and the health it brings. Then your body becomes tired, bloated, malnourished, and overworked.
Much of this vital energy ends up going to difficult digestion due to excess protein (many believe this is healthy). I've had to see people with kidney failure precisely because of this, who are coming from a keto diet. Or who are taking protein powders that inflame the intestines. Even whey (a toxic waste product).
A tired and poisoned body needs rest, regeneration, nutrients, and gentle exercise, not intense exercise that produces more inflammation (lactic acid).
