VAGINAL VAPORISATIONS

Vaginal steam baths, or yoni baths, are an ancient treatment for women, used by midwives and traditional healers in Central and South America.

Benefits:

-They help relieve symptoms of cystitis and urinary tract infection
-They help relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain)
-Regular Amenorrhea (lack of menstruation)
-Helps heal ovarian cysts and fibroids

Recommended herbs:

*It is recommended to use herbs of organic origin, which have not been sprayed with chemicals.

Relaxing and anti-inflammatory: ideal for moments of pain and sadness:
Arnica, Rosemary, Chamomile, Basil and Mallow.

Balance of feminine energy (love): Rose petals, Chamomile and Calendula (Others Lotus Flower, Lemon balm)

Cleansing dense energy and sexual karma: Oregano, Rosemary, Rue, Lavender and Artemisia (Wormwood)

How are they made?

In a large covered pot, bring 5 to 7 liters of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of each herb. If you use only one, you can use 4 tablespoons. When it boils, turn off the heat and leave it covered.

Once you have the infusions ready, find a comfortable space where you will perform the vaporization. You can wear a dress or a long skirt that reaches your heels, otherwise use a sheet. Squat or kneel to feel the steam.

Place the pot with the herbal tea under your vagina and lower it slowly, regulating the heat until you can be 10 or 15 centimeters from the infusion, being careful not to burn yourself. Cover yourself completely with your skirt, sheet or blanket. You will be there for 20 to 30 minutes.

While you are vaporizing, you can also visualize, meditate, or set intentions for the healing of your uterus. Send lots of love to your uterus. It is a time of introspection and deep connection.

It is not recommended that you do this vaporization during your Menstruation.
