From the moment you suffer a trauma, your adrenal glands start secreting adrenaline and cortisol, and you become acidic. You also start making survival a way of life. Your nervous system becomes hyperactive and begins to break down. Once you get used to being in this mode, you start repeating these learned patterns, and then situations start to occur in your life that guarantee these “doses” of adrenaline. SAME TRAUMA, DIFFERENT FORM
These traumas take on new faces and forms: bad bosses, abusive relationships, situations that upset us, your noisy neighbor, a controlling mother, rebellious children, and so on. On the surface, it seems like the problems are outside, but in reality, you are unconsciously creating these situations. Although if I asked you now, you would probably tell me that you don't want those things in your life.
Far from being a punishment that you cannot understand, you must ask yourself WHY you are generating these realities. Each situation comes to show you that wound that you have not yet healed through others. These others become your mirrors and teachers when you go from survival mode to conscious mode.
HORMONES IN IMBALANCE = DISEASES
Being able to manage this is incredibly important, given that many of the illnesses and symptoms you can't heal—or are chronic—come from these recent or long-forgotten traumas that continue to manifest as physical symptoms. This is why it's key to address the mental, emotional, and energetic aspects of the body to heal hormonal imbalances. There is no physical healing without healing this aspect.
