THE CANDIDA FUNGUS
Therefore, a person with uncontrolled glucose levels who eats too many carbohydrates and other foods will have excess glucose and excess dead cells. These cells die due to the lack of oxygen.
The Candida fungus, like any fermenting organism, lives off dead matter, meaning something has to be dead and decomposing for the fungus to attack it.

When the fungus breaks down glucose it turns it into Ethanol. Ethanol is ethyl alcohol, that is the alcohol that cannot be consumed. That alcohol is converted into acetaldehyde, a chemical that comes from ethyl alcohol that has been proven to be mutagenic.
This means it can cause cancer. It also slows down the metabolism due to a lack of oxygen.
