What brought you to the Detox? What were your fears and frustrations? What had you tried before coming here?
I started the detox because I wanted to reduce inflammation. The last three months of 2024 were full of excesses, and my body was taking its toll on me with symptoms like heaviness, brain fog, and fatigue. This is the third detox I've done with Lu and Ame, and one of the most profound. What brought me to the detox was the desire to repair my body so I could stop experiencing so many symptoms of hypothyroidism.

I delved deeply into my emotional and spiritual life, rethinking my decisions and my life, but above all, my health.
This one was different for me because I attended almost every live session, including meditations and dance therapy, and that helped me get up and running early, stay focused, have energy, and get some sleep at the right time. I got a lot of inflammation down, cleared my face of blemishes, and finally, I did an enema to continue cleansing.
