CLAY BY COUNTRY

To be good, since clay is a filter, a clay must be harvested in a virgin place far from any contamination. It must be soft clay that is not suitable for alfalfa production. It must be dried in the sun and not in ovens at high temperatures (famous brands such as Cattier or Aroma-Zone dry in ovens at 350 degrees Celsius). It must be dry ground and ideally ultra-ventilated. If it is not ultra-ventilated it is still useful, it is not a problem if it contains a little sand (except for people with serious stomach or intestinal ulcers who should use ultra-ventilated clay without sand such as the ultra-ventilated green clay from Argiletz). I do not recommend very white clay without color since they are very weak. I do not recommend diatomaceous earth in any way (it destroys the delicate intestinal environment), which is confused with clay, but has nothing to do with clay.
