This post comes with a confession…
For a long time I was burdened by the image of what I thought I should be, the image of a successful woman in the corporate world, then it became the image of someone who eats raw food and does Detox. “The way it should be.”
Despite having a very healthy lifestyle, there was always that feeling of needing to do more, which came from Lack, Paternal Abandonment (symbolic), which I changed to "I am enough."
Little by little I am there, taking off the masks and characters that I created for myself. I almost died of hypothermia some time ago (a story for another post), life gave me another chance. It led me to rethink my priorities. It also led me to be as REAL, HONEST and COHERENT as possible. That also means that I can make mistakes and correct them again.
Things you may not know about me:
🔅I don't wear makeup or very little and on special occasions
🔅I don't use filters anymore, it is what it is
🔅I have not "injected" myself
🔅I live in a magical town
🔅I am 42 years old
🔅My body is not perfect, I have cellulite, wrinkles, gray hair and rolls
🔅I used to weigh 90 kilos and when I lost weight I had a bit of “loose” skin left
🔅I am NOT vegan. I eat a plant-based diet, with lots of fruit and mostly raw food.
🔅I recently incorporated eggs into my diet (a few times a week) and it has felt good for me.
🔅As a BREAD from time to time, one of the things I allow myself
🔅I eat consciously, listening to what my body needs
🔅I am an alchemist, healer, empath, super sensitive and perceptive, I see things beyond this reality
🔅I practice nudism, I just started little by little this year (it broke many patterns and opened my mind)
🔅I am learning about sacred sexuality and tantra
🔅I had an abortion and a fibroid, which was what led me to heal. Thanks to that little soul that briefly incarnated, my little son Teo, I am alive today.
🔅I've been single since the beginning of the year
🔅Consumption of cannabis in the form of RSO oil (Rick Simpson Oil)
I hope this encourages us to be more real, transparent and true. The good, the beautiful and the ugly.
