Fruits of your choice (1 kg). I chose apple, pineapple, guava, sugarcane, tamarind, raisins, cranberries, apple juice pulp, pineapple pulp, carrot, and beetroot. Choose your own! Spices: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, anise, cardamom, cloves (choose your favorites to taste). To sweeten, you can use dates, piloncillo (unrefined cane sugar), or agave or honey. It tastes great on its own. Add 3 liters of water and boil. Serve hot. To help raise your temperature with this delicious treat!
