What an honor and blessing to be able to feed myself from the earth.
I imagine all those enzymes, nutrients, structured water alkalizing, regenerating my body.
Thus, balancing my mind, bringing clarity. And so much calm to my emotions that they come to the surface. These blessed foods foster my sensitivity and ability to see my shadow.
I have fallen several times, but I will never give up, because each time I do it with more awareness and love.
