Mucus is a response from the immune system to neutralize and trap anything that is foreign to your body and could harm it.
Foods that are chemically acidic are especially likely to form mucus, as the body needs to alleviate the acid fire before it burns the body from within and the acidity poisons the blood and cells. Mucus is simply a defense mechanism.
Foods that DO form mucus
HIGH MUCUS
Meats of all kinds, dairy products, cheeses and refined flours
MEDIUM MUCOUS
Rice and Cereals white potatoes, beans / Legumes, transgenic corn
LOWER MUCUS
Unripe or green fruits, avocados, nuts, bananas.
Foods that do not form mucus
Green leafy vegetables, non-starchy vegetables (cucumber, broccoli, peppers), non-starchy roots (beets), ripe fruits, dehydrated fruits 100% Fruit jelly (Natural without added chemicals)
