WHERE DO I PUT MY ENERGY?

When you realize that your own energy is precious and limited, meaning it can be spent or invested in activities, relationships, and projects. It's so important to know how to cultivate it (living foods, nature, etc.) to fill your cup and then be able to share it. You first, then others. This isn't selfishness; it's consistency. No one gives what they don't have.

WHERE YOU FOCUS GROWS

Wherever you put your energy is where it will grow. Just like a seedling that's watered and flourishes. Therefore, it's necessary to have a clear focus. If you don't consciously choose where you put your energy, it disperses and leaks. It's like drifting like a ship without a course.

Energy Leaks at the Physical, Mental and Emotional Level:

● Putting a lot of energy into others without having a back and forth

● Non-reciprocal relationships

● You give too much, you drain yourself and there is no energy left for yourself

● You leave yourself to the last

● Excessive thinking or mental noise

● Complain a lot and take little action

● Chaos around me, for example, clutter at home

● Alcohol consumption. It robs the body of energy for digestion and elimination and causes premature aging.

● Ruminating and limiting thoughts and emotions

● Processed or altered foods that steal your energy

● Over demand

● Not resting properly

TIPS TO BALANCE MY ENERGY

● Stop consuming stimulants (coffee, black tea, mate, sugar, energy drinks, meat, etc.). These give you false, temporary energy by releasing cortisol and adrenaline. ● Respect your rest

● Eat foods that give us energy, such as raw fruits and vegetables. The lighter my food is, the more available energy I'll have, because my digestion will be easier.

● Hormone regulation: Get 15 minutes of gentle sunlight daily, either early in the morning or late in the evening as it sets, to regulate our circadian cycles, hormonal system, and boost our immune system.

● Do physical exercise (first I must apply the 4 previous ones), with this the energy increases

● Breathe properly to oxygenate your brain and maintain mental clarity and efficiency. Also, go to places where there's nature to renew your oxygenation, whether it's a park or a square in your area. ● Water shower. It hydrates, calms, and fills us with peace.

● Essential oils such as tea tree, are the oil of energetic limits

● LOVE WHAT YOU DO AND DO WHAT YOU LOVE. Your time is your blood, your life force, your life, where are you putting it?

● CHANGE ACTION FOR COMPLAINT Does your complaint go with action (energy that builds) or does it just escape in chatter?

● AS IT'S OUTSIDE, SO IS INSIDE. Are you working on yourself to evolve and take charge, or do you think that if everything were resolved outside, your life would be better? (your partner, traffic, politicians, money)

● LEAVE RELATIONSHIPS AND SITUATIONS THAT ARE NOT GOOD FOR ME Are you still in situations and relationships that drain your energy?

● BYE-BYE PROCESSED FOODS Does your food give you energy (that's supposed to happen) or does it leave you more tired after eating?

Anything that doesn't add up in your life is draining energy. Learn to take care of our energy, and how and with whom we share it.
