




If you are one of those people who is always underweight or who eats "everything" and does not gain weight, you may have a problem with malabsorption. Far from being a blessing, it can be a problem when nutrients are not being absorbed properly, which subsequently leads to health problems. Some examples are:

Why does it happen?
PHYSICAL LEVEL: It occurs when there are intestinal problems to absorb nutrients, hormonal imbalances, (such as hyperthyroidism) that causes the metabolism to accelerate and nutrients to be burned quickly, poor nutrition, lack of appetite.
Psycho-emotional level: The very thin person generally rejects himself, feels small compared to others and is afraid of being rejected. He often wants to disappear. He is the type of person who is dull and delicate with others. This fear of rejection often makes him act in ways that are contrary to his needs and even prevents him from taking action. He may also depend on others to feel like someone and may have the impression that he does not receive enough attention or care. He is in a situation of lack.
How to reverse this situation?
FROM THE PHYSICAL
1- Chew food slowly, so that digestion begins properly in the mouth and the enzymes required for proper digestion in the stomach can begin to be secreted in the pancreas. This way, when the food arrives, the gastric juices are ready.
2- Take care of the combination of foods so that fermentation does not occur and digestion is completed correctly, and thus be able to absorb the greatest amount of vitamins and minerals from the food.
3- Mucus-forming foods: Avoid foods such as refined flours, starches, meats, they remain stagnant in the intestine and generate inflammation and interfere with the absorption of nutrients.
4- Nutritious Foods: Give your body live, nutrient-rich foods. It is recommended to eat raw foods, but if you are starting to lose weight, eat raw + cooked foods. Lots of fruits and vegetables.
Foods that help maintain or gain weight:
Raw: bananas, dates, seeds, nuts, avocados, sprouts, vegetable milks, coconut meat
Mucusless cooked vegetables: sweet potato, yuca, broccoli, organic corn, quinoa, carrot, beet and other cooked vegetables. All steamed, boiled or baked.
5- Cleanse the intestine, to prevent old stagnant waste from interfering with nutrition
Intestinal broom (discontinue if constipation is present)

Leave the prepared powder in a glass jar. Place 1 teaspoon of tea in a small glass of water at room temperature at night before going to sleep, at least two hours after the last meal. Discontinue if constipation occurs. Use every day during the Detox and otherwise for maintenance 1/2 a week.
Enemas this is of vital importance and makes all the difference, without this the same results are not achieved

6- Support my kidneys so that they filter properly and toxins do not accumulate in the body
•Kidney Herbs : Parsley, corn silk, horsetail, artichoke leaves (if you can get tinctures, better, if not, tea)
•Kidney rub: With castor oil, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 2 drops of juniper essential oil. Warm your hands, apply the mix by rubbing until you feel heat in the kidney area (lower back). Then apply heat (hot water bottle or bag) or a heating pad for 10/15'
7- Intermittent dry fasting of no more than 12 hours
8- Liver Cleanse: if we qualify to do it, requirements:
-Filtering correctly -Having bowel movements at least once a day (or having a particular health condition that prevents this)
This organ filters the blood, and if it works properly, it will produce good quality blood and carry all the nutrition to the cells correctly. This also helps solve anemia problems that arise due to liver imbalance.
9- Avoid stimulating foods: such as coffee, mate, meats (adrenaline) that unbalance the metabolism, damage the adrenal glands and the nervous system
10- Deworm, so that parasites do not take our nutrients

11- Do strength training exercises such as calisthenics or strength training 2 to 3 times a week to build good muscle. Light at first and gradually increasing in strength. It is preferable to do it on an empty stomach.

1- Emotional Management: It is very important to have tools such as meditation and introspection to understand and feel what is happening. Stress can cause more weight loss. Free writing (writing in my notebook everything that comes to mind, without judgment, releasing it) is a great tool to release emotions and stress so that it is not contained in the physical body.
