1- STRUCTURED WATER FROM FRUIT
Those of us raised on the typical standard diet are dehydrated. We've been led to believe that drinking water is hydrating. Body hydration is a lymphatic problem. Dehydration is an acidosis, stemming from eating
acidifying toxic foods, which modify the pH of the body, and we must correct that.
This is what detoxification does. To hydrate the body we need living water to flush out rotten waste and

2- RECOMMENDATIONS
✔️ Drink water only if you are thirsty after drinking or eating fruit.
✔️ Avoid plastic packaging, as it releases toxins, even if it's BPA-free. Glass, ceramic, clay, stainless steel, or copper are better.
✔️ It's a myth to drink 2-3 liters of water per day; it's not necessary. If you're eating cooked food, you'll probably be thirstier; in that case, drink only what you need.
✔️Drink water/liquids away from meals, for example 30 minutes before your meal or 60 minutes after.
3- Types of water:
✔️ Option️ 1: Distilled water, this type of water, has had all the impurities and ions removed from the source water. It contains no minerals, metals, or toxins; it is the purest of all. It helps flush toxins out of the body.
✔️ Option 2: Spring water is naturally sourced and does not require artificial mineralization. It has a mild, distinctive flavor, unlike the "chlorine" taste some people notice in ordinary or tap water. It provides a rich supply of minerals and natural components, including calcium, iron, and magnesium, and is low in sodium. These components are bioavailable, meaning the body absorbs them well, unlike artificially mineralized water.
