Anger that damages your liver and gallbladder

1-BEING ANGRY OR SHORT-FUME

Being short-tempered or easily angered isn't just a personality trait; it also impacts your biology. The liver and gallbladder are the body's processing center, responsible for storing, detoxifying, and metabolizing substances, both physically and energetically. If these organs aren't functioning properly, your body slows down and digestion suffers.

2- YOUR LIVER STORES EMOTIONS

When someone takes on excessive responsibilities, the "good boy" or "good girl," whether physically or mentally, worries about everything happening around them and neglects themselves. They tend to fail, to struggle with acceptance. When someone doesn't know how to set boundaries, it generates feelings of injustice, anger, and resentment, which, if not expressed, will fester in your gut.

3-Gallbladder and emotions

Gallbladder problems are related to conflicts of resentment, anger, or injustice within one's territory (family, home, school, work). Having experienced injustices but being unable to defend oneself, fight back, etc., causes you to repress your anger and harbor resentment. You can't do what you want, and this generates resentment.

4-THE EMOTION IN LOOP

Anger arises when something frustrates you, when you feel blocked from achieving your desires, and the response is to increase your resources to solve the problem. If you have been repressed, forced to do things you don't want to do, or ignored, it's very likely you carry a wound of anger and resentment.

5- THE MISALIGNMENT

The imbalance occurs when you continue to use a biological response of anger to resolve current situations that don't require such a surge of adrenaline. Indeed, anger is useful for increasing your physical strength, but it's not useful for increasing your mental coordination. Without knowing how to channel it, it ends up becoming a factor that further damages the situation you're facing.

6- NORMALIZE THE STATE OF ANGER

Anger can play a greater or lesser role in each person's life. We may get angry more or less easily. This variable is important and deserves to be observed. When this attitude toward obstacles becomes habitual, it ends up becoming a way of sabotaging our growth.

7- GO TO THE ROOT

  • What frustrates you?
  • Are you impatient when others don't keep up with you?
  • How do you react to obstacles? Do you destroy or solve?
  • Don't you know how to set boundaries or say you disagree, and you swallow your anger?
  • Do you feel that someone or life is unfair to you?

8- CHANGE THE LIGHT BULB

When the feeling emerges, seek to channel it: physical movement, conscious breathing, or meditative silence act as valves to gradually drain that energetic charge.

9- TOOLS

● Focus on solving the problem to benefit all parties

● Recognize your needs and the needs of the other person

● Recognize your strength, your voice, and your power

● Become aware of your difficulties and those of the other person in order to apply the tools that allow for the evolution of both parties

● View the obstacle as a challenge for your evolution
