THE MYTH OF MEAT

ADRENALINE FROM MEAT

The body does NOT use protein for energy. It's only the adrenaline or epinephrine in meat that provides energy. Adrenaline will give you a temporary feeling of energy, only to make you more fatigued later. Since meat is extremely difficult to digest, it takes a long time to exit the body. When you stop eating meat, you may initially feel like you have no energy at all. This is because your adrenal glands are fatigued from the release of so much adrenaline and cortisol and need to normalize. It takes a while, but your energy returns, and much more than before.

Why does that happen?

This is because meat is a stimulant. Energy should always be dynamic or cellular, never externally stimulated. Stimulants are irritating and inflammatory to our tissues, creating inflammation in the body. Over time, stimulants weaken and destroy tissues, organs, and glands.

Our adrenal glands are two of the most important glands in the body, responsible for many vital functions. They are the source of neurotransmitters such as epinephrine (adrenaline) and steroids such as cortisol, estrogen, and progesterone, among others.

When you eat meat, you're ingesting the animal's own hormones and steroids. This is a big problem since your body's own adrenal glands are supposed to supply adrenaline when it needs it for nerve function.

To maintain homeostasis, your body is forced to drastically decrease its own production. Today, the vast majority of the population has weak adrenal glands. Excessive meat consumption is responsible for the loss of adrenal gland function.

Adrenal weakness can lead to arthritis, cancer, fibromyalgia, lupus, Lyme disease, cysts, tumors, cholesterol plaques, heart disease, hearing loss, cataracts, memory loss, nerve damage, feminine problems, prostatitis, erectile dysfunction, bowel conditions such as Crohn's disease and irritable bowel syndrome, chronic lung problems, and much more.

PROTEINS VS AMINO ACIDS

Amino acids (not proteins) are what the body needs to build tissue and act as carriers and buffers. These amino acids are grouped in a specific sequence to become usable protein. They are rich in nitrogen and dominate the ACID side of chemistry when broken down.

When we consume protein from animal meat, nuts, beans, etc., the body must first break those proteins down into their respective amino acids. These separate amino acids are then assembled into the sequences our body needs.

Think of it like a string of pop beads for kids, where each individual bead represents an amino acid and the entire string of beads represents a protein. (1) When we eat a protein, the body must "break down" those beads. (2) The necessary beads are recombined in the order the body requires, and (2) the unneeded beads must be discarded.

This requires a lot of energy and an initial acid (hydrochloric acid which releases pepsin) to break these complex proteins down through the peptide stages and finally into amino acids before your body can use them.

That's why we call proteins, especially those from meat, "second-hand" proteins, unlike fruits and vegetables, which are considered first-hand, superior amino acids, and also leave an ALKALINE ash.

It's important to note that the body doesn't burn amino acids for energy. This would be like burning the walls of your cabin in a fireplace for fuel. Carbon (carbohydrates) and oxygen are used for energy. These foods are predominantly fruits and vegetables.

All foods contain and are made up of amino acids. This gives them structure. However, the amino acids in fruits and plants are simple and easy for the body to break down and utilize. -Robert Morse

The amount of "protein" (amino acids) the body needs is much lower than we've been led to believe. There has never been a documented case of protein deficiency in the Western world.

Why are so many (especially men) on dialysis in this country today? Excess protein from meat consumption is responsible for kidney failure.

TOXINS AND DEFICIENCIES FROM MEAT CONSUMPTION

1- Contains ptomaines, toxic substances that develop from organisms in the process of decomposition, such as cadaverine, putrescine, histamine, indole, skatole, phenols, neurines, leucomaines (purines, uric acid, hyperic acid, urea, ammonia), adrenaline.

2- It generates free radicals that are linked to at least 50 different serious health pathologies.

3- Its proteins block the use of vitamin D, causing calcium and oxalate concentrations in the kidneys and the formation of kidney stones.

4- Causes enzyme and vitamin deficiencies, acidification of the extracellular matrix, and calcium withdrawal. Uricemia (high levels of uric acid in the blood) because excessive uric acid is released during digestion. Hypertension, gout, and decreased immune defenses.

5- The putrefaction of meat in the intestine damages the intrinsic factor and prevents the assimilation of vitamin B12

6- Meat, fish, and seafood are contaminated 10 to 70 times more than vegetables with heavy metals, hormone injections, medications, and genetically modified foods, which cause alterations in our endocrine system, hormones, and neurotransmitters, especially noticeable in women and their menstrual cycles, with the presence of cysts, tumors, etc.

7- Generates leukocytosis (immune system response of inflammation and mucus) to compounds that are so difficult to digest

8- Increases LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) since they have dense fats that are difficult to eliminate from the body and end up accumulating

9- It has a doping effect with stimulation (adrenaline) followed by depression, high and low energy

10- Meat proteins increase homocysteine with potential effects of dementia, depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer as it damages the walls of blood vessels.

11- Because to digest it, the body steals minerals and vitamins from the body

12- Its sulfur amino acids eliminate calcium, potassium and magnesium from the body

13- It increases pathogenic germs in the intestine, taking them from 2,000 to 70,000 per cubic millimeter, and creating serious situations of intestinal dysbiosis.

14- It increases the levels of the amino acid tyrosine, with cerebral accumulation of dopamine and adrenaline, neurotransmitters of the bravado and ferocity typical of predators and the consequent appearance of aggressive and violent behaviors.

WE NEED AMINO ACIDS NOT PROTEINS

Amino acids delay muscle fatigue and protect your body from muscle loss.

They are obtained from proteins through a laborious digestion process, where many peptide bonds are broken to create short chains of individual amino acids. Moreover, meat leaves toxic traces in its digestion, such as purines, ureas, and uric acid. These same amino acids can be obtained from fruits or vegetables with much less effort for the body to digest. Instant energy without toxic calories.

The process of protein degradation, especially those of animal origin, places a heavy strain on the digestive tract and particularly the pancreas in its exocrine digestion process (digestive enzymes).

All proteins generate acidic waste products during digestion, especially animal protein. These amino acids (pre-digested proteins) delay muscle fatigue and protect your body from muscle loss. However, they should be eaten in moderation, since, as we mentioned, they are foods that generate and leave acid deposits in the body, which can lead to numerous pathologies over time.
