Deworming: The human body contains many different types of parasites, including yeasts, fungi, viruses, bacteria, all kinds of worms, and trematodes. Most people have many of each of these types in their bodies. Some can grow to be meters long.

WHY DO WE HAVE THEM?
Parasites aren't the villains; they're simply there to do their job, which is to break down what our bodies can't. When our diet deviates from what's ideal for our species, they're there to do the rest: decompose what's starting to rot. Just like compost in a garden, our bodies are compost for these creatures.
Remember that we have more living organisms in our bodies than human cells. So we need them, and they need us. However, the problem arises when there's an imbalance. If we have an alkaline diet, the beneficial microbiota will thrive. Conversely, if we have a more acidic diet, there will be an imbalance and an overgrowth of bacteria, fungi, and parasites.
This environment is created by eating foods that acidify and disrupt the body's normal pH balance—foods that are difficult to digest, such as meat, refined flours, dairy products like cheese, and refined sugars, which are their preferred foods. These foods lack the water and fiber found in fruits and vegetables, dehydrating the body and making it sticky and full of mucus. This mucus stagnates in the gastrointestinal tract, generating putrefaction and mucus (mucoid plaque). Organisms (fungi, parasites, bacteria, etc.) then grow and proliferate, feeding on the waste that the body cannot use or eliminate. This leads to health problems due to the internal imbalance.
A parasite cannot survive in an alkaline environment. If we eat mostly alkaline foods like raw fruits and vegetables, we open our elimination channels and stimulate the lymphatic system. Parasitic Organisms
Parasitic worms, such as pinworms, hookworms, roundworms, spirals, and many varieties of tapeworms, enter the human body through infection, contact, contaminated water, and contaminated food (in many cases, they are found in meat, as it is decomposing carcasses). These parasites grow and can reach several meters in length.

FUNGI AND YEASTS
Everyone contains yeast. Most people have more than thirty different strains of yeast.
Yeast-like fungi are primarily found in the mouth to aid in the digestion of sugar and starch. These fungi grow excessively when the body has high levels of heavy metals and other chemical toxins (from processed foods). This organism consumes these metals to prevent them from circulating in the body. They also proliferate when we consume excessive amounts of sugars and complex carbohydrates, which are their preferred food source. As they multiply, they develop into fungi (such as Candida albicans).

Symptoms of fungal infection:
- Fungal infection of the toenails
- Fatigue
- Itching all over the body
- White, cut-off flow
- Itching in the intimate area

VIRUS
