In my opinion, if you want to be healthy, you often have to do the OPPOSITE of what conventional nutritional advice tells you.
Unfortunately, these companies have an agenda and only care about lining their pockets. Many of these products are packaged and processed with added chemicals, excess white sugar, or sodium.
Eat REAL food. If it comes in a box or can, it belongs in the trash!
Avoid 90% on products sold in supermarkets and shop around the perimeter, i.e., in the fresh produce aisles.
Real food doesn't need a list of ingredients, it IS the ingredients.
