
USES OF PEPPERMINT OIL:



Headaches: A few drops of peppermint oil on the temples, neck and sinusitis
Constipation: Massaging the abdomen with a few drops of peppermint oil helps relieve constipation and relax the muscles of the intestines, reducing bloating and gas.
Nausea: Inhale peppermint oil directly from the bottle
Fever: 5 drops under each foot helps lower the temperature
Respiratory and allergies: Place 5 drops on your fingertips and spread over your nostrils, chest and temples.
Toothache: Apply a few drops to the jaw
Arthritis/Muscle and Joint Pain: Apply 2-3 drops topically to the affected area three times daily.
Energy: To increase your overall energy level, smell it, put a few drops on your temple
It also helps improve memory and gives clarity when inhaled.
Oral health: Place 3 drops of peppermint oil in half a glass of water, use it 3 times a week as a “mouthwash” it is antimicrobial and prevents cavities
Cleans naturally: Add 5 drops of peppermint essential oil to your cleaning products
For hair growth: Add 2-3 drops of peppermint to your shampoo and conditioner
You can also drink mint tea infusions to reap the benefits of this noble herb.
