WHAT IS THE BEST FOOD FOR THE BODY?
Just as a car engine needs carbon-based fuel to run, the physical body also needs specific fuels to function. These are amino acids, fatty acids, and sugars. However, the body's primary food source is simple sugar mixed with oxygen.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SIMPLE AND COMPLEX SUGAR:
Poly or Disaccharide: It is a starch or complex sugar formed by several glucose/fructose bonds depending on the type of starch or carbohydrate it is. It requires more cortisol from the adrenal glands to break down and digest.
Monosaccharide: These are simple sugars, glucose, fructose or galactose (also known as simple carbohydrates). Simple sugar does not require any process to break down and be assimilated.
The body mixes glucose or fructose with oxygen to make cellular energy known as ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Without ATP a cell becomes weak and is attacked, mainly by parasites, viruses or antigens. So sugar (carbon) and oxygen are the body's number one need.
When a person consumes complex sugars, like anything complex, their body now has to deal with the need for more cortisol and the overload of simple sugars and now has to store them as fat, excrete what it can through feces, and rely on fungi to help it get rid of all the unnecessary sugar it can't use. This causes excessive acidosis, if the adrenal glands are weak and the person has low cortisol levels, blood sugar problems can occur.
Toxicity in the body comes from excess proteins, fats and sugars, which break down into acids, which are stored in the body or are fed to fungi, bacteria, protozoa and parasites that help us break them down. If we also have a stagnant lymphatic system, systemic acidosis, body odours, etc. occur. This internal imbalance generates an inflammatory response from the immune system to protect itself.
When you feel low on energy, it is often the adrenal glands that are overworked. We have a mistaken thought that protein is our main source of energy and in fact the energy we feel when we eat meat comes from the adrenaline (epinephrine) in the meat since the animal dies. Carbon and oxygen (carbohydrate) are our main source of chemical energy.
EATING CORRECTLY FOR OPTIMAL DIGESTION
The body uses digestion to separate the simple from the complex. In other words, the body cannot use complex proteins, it can only use amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. The body must then break down a complex protein structure to get the substrate (amino acids) that it can only assimilate from that food. The body breaks down proteins into amino acids, fats into fatty acids, and simple or complex starch into simple sugars in order to use them properly.
SUGARS ARE AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR HEALTH!
BREAKING MYTHS:
“SUGAR = CANDIDA FOOD”
It is said, “Sugars feed the Candida fungus.” But I will give you a simple example so you can see which foods actually grow mold right away. If you leave a piece of cheese, a piece of bread, and some grapes or a ripe banana on your kitchen counter for a few days, which will grow mold first? The bread and cheese will be the first, then the fruit. The fruit will only grow mold when it starts to ferment, since the cheese and bread are ALREADY fermented.
Remember: Nature uses the parasitic kingdom to clean up and eliminate what is not needed, damaged, or somehow loses its ability to sustain life in a healthy way. Fermentation and putrefaction are the processes of decomposition, which require parasitic action.
Healthy cells and moving lymph do not require parasitic action, because they have no stagnant waste that needs to be broken down. So, we ask the question again, what kind of sugar could Candida feed (yeasts, fungi, molds, warts, etc.)?
The correct answer is: Excessive amounts of complex starches and sugars. Also, if we combine foods incorrectly, they can ferment and this is food for these parasites.
“SUGAR = CANCER”
“Sugars feed cancer” is another tremendous myth. To deprive the body of sugar is to deprive the cell of its energy. This causes cancer. Starvation, acidosis, and ketosis damage cells. A damaged cell is on its way from A-typical to becoming a cancer cell. Acids, of course, are what damage a cell in the first place, acids from complex sugars not simple ones. Acidosis is caused by eating refined proteins and fats or too many fatty acid supplements.
Remember: The body is simplistic. More is not better. Less is often better, for example, fasting of all kinds, eating little, etc. Acids are corrosive and damage the cell when the lymphatic system can no longer filter them because the kidneys are not eliminating toxins correctly.
Acids create inflammation and the parasite responds to this. As stated, glucose and fructose are simple sugars. To say that fruit feeds cancer is also to say that vegetables feed cancer. It makes no sense. Even the American Cancer Society recommends a diet high in fruits and vegetables!
FRUIT IS THE SUGAR THE BODY NEEDS
There are many properties that make fruit superior to vegetables. Fruits are rich in antioxidants and astringents and move the lymphatic system. The fructose in fruits does not require insulin or abundant digestive enzymes to assimilate. The magnetic (electrical) energy of fruits is the highest of all foods, making them superior foods for the brain and nerves. They will bring energy to the body in a world where most of the foods consumed take energy away.
