GARLIC MAYONNAISE

Recipe to indulge yourself, I don't often eat oil or a lot of nuts, but this time I'm going to make gourmet raw vegan dishes to entertain people at home.

INGREDIENTS 👇
-1/2 cup soaked and activated cashews. Can be replaced with almonds or sunflower seeds (cheaper)
– 1/2 clove of garlic without the green sprout in the middle) this makes it very acidic otherwise.
-1/2 cup Sea water
-4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Optional (1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar)
-1 tablespoon of activated mustard seeds (couple of hours) this is optional
-pinch of turmeric just for color
– 1 splash of organic olive oil, cold pressed (i.e. raw)

INSTRUCTIONS 👇
-Soak the chestnuts the night before and the seeds two hours before.
-blend chestnuts, seeds, sea water, garlic, lemon juice, turmeric at high speed for several minutes until creamy.
-Then add a splash of olive oil (thread), in the blender at low speed, to slowly integrate.
-Finally, adjust if there is a lack of sea water.
Sea water can be replaced with water and Himalayan pink salt.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

USES/IDEAS 👇
-For full wraps
-Raw bread spread
-Salad dressing, for this I thin it out with more lemon.
