MYTH ABOUT FERMENTED FOODS: ARE THEY REALLY HEALTHY?

Are you drinking apple cider vinegar or kombucha, kefir, or kimchi, thinking it's doing your body good? Read this.

Also fermented are bread, cheese, yogurt, beer, wine, etc., which we already know are not healthy.

What are they?

Fermented foods are those obtained by converting carbohydrates into alcohol or organic acids using microorganisms such as molds, bacteria, or yeasts under anaerobic conditions. The process is achieved by allowing the food to sit for a specified period of time. Acetaldehyde is a toxic byproduct of fermentation found in ALL fermented foods and is especially abundant in alcohol and vinegar. It is also produced by Candida albicans.

Fermented foods are food for yeast, fungi, bacteria, and parasites. They're not healthy; they acidify the body. They're not good for intestinal flora (they promote the growth of both good and bad flora). If you consume them, do so in moderation and as a treat.

Prebiotics and Probiotics: Do They Really Help Us?

Kombucha, sauerkraut, probiotic supplements, and yogurt all contain toxins.

Probiotics: A Hoax?
The idea that we need probiotics comes from old beliefs about germs and the idea that there are "good" and "bad" bacteria.

According to this view, eating fermented foods (which are like "rotting") to introduce "good" bacteria into the body is an illusion.

Best case scenario: It's useless. Your body uses its own bacteria, not those from outside.
In the worst case: It hurts you, it poisons you and makes you sicker.

What if your stomach doesn't work so well?


So, those foreign bacteria do reach your intestines. Your body reacts by trying to get rid of them quickly: it sends a lot of water to your intestines, and that gives you diarrhea.
People who suffer from severe constipation (can't go to the bathroom) find "relief" with probiotics because diarrhea makes their stools softer. But, according to this idea, it's not that they're healthier; it's their body defending itself against something it sees as poison!

Also, let's think about fermentation:
When something ferments, the sugar turns into alcohol. And alcohol is a poison for cells, can cause cancer, and damages the liver.

Even if your stomach kills the bacteria on the outside, your body still has to deal with the alcohol from that fermentation. That's why some people feel a "buzz of energy"—it could actually be their body reacting with stress, as if poison had entered.

The conclusion of this vision is that these products are perfect for creating sick people who need medication.


What happens when you eat a probiotic?

If your stomach is working properly, two things can happen:

If your body has defenses, you vomit to get rid of that "rotten food" that is of no use to it.
The acid in your stomach kills those foreign bacteria.
That is, if your stomach is strong, it ensures that these "probiotic bacteria" do not reach your intestines.

Prebiotics (like Green Bananas): Another Story?


According to this view, the whole idea of prebiotics and probiotics is nonsense. Your body only knows how to use the bacteria it makes itself. Probiotics that come from outside are like poison, and that's why they can cause diarrhea. If people think they work, it's because they eat so poorly that they're always constipated. So, when something gives them diarrhea and their stool softens a little, they think it's good, but in reality, they're making themselves sicker.

"Good" or "bad" bacteria?


This idea states that the distinction between "good" and "bad" bacteria is a mistake stemming from old theories about germs. Bacteria are neither good nor bad in and of themselves; they're like nature's "recyclers," breaking down waste. Your body always creates just the right bacteria it needs.

What's called "bad bacteria" is actually the good bacteria your body uses to break down food that's not good for you. The problem isn't the bacteria, but the food.
If you eat healthy, your body creates what they call “good bacteria” (those that are good for healthy food).
If you eat poorly, your body creates “bad bacteria” (the ones that process the food that makes you sick).


And what about prebiotics?
These are foods that contain things that, in theory, are good for your bacteria. Examples: onions, garlic, bananas, artichokes, asparagus, potatoes.

Effects of fermented food consumption on health:

They damage the kidneys and liver, causing cirrhosis, and also damage dendrites (neurons), contributing to brain damage and diseases like Alzheimer's. They promote addiction to alcohol and fermented foods. They disrupt normal brain function and generate addiction due to their tendency to combine two key neurotransmitters (dopamine and serotonin) in the brain, generating lethargy, mental cloudiness, depression, apathy, inability to concentrate, etc.

Alcoholics undergoing detox have been shown to excrete particularly high levels of these chemicals in their urine.

Live foods, fruits, and vegetables are ideal for our species (humans) and optimal health. Choose your foods wisely, limiting fermented foods during your transition. Cleanse your intestines with foods, herbs, and enemas.
