Thoughts, emotions and their effect on our cells

We've already talked about the impact and effects of various foods and toxins when they're in the body. But there are also more subtle ways they cause disease.

The two most powerful TOOLS we use to create the experience here in the physical world are your mind and emotions.

The physical body is just a shell of clay that carries our consciousness. We could not create the events in life if it were not for the thought processes, which allow us to imagine the sequence of events we wish to experience. However, without emotions, there would be no desire to create.

As the mind takes images from the past and present and puts them together to create the future, it's emotions that drive you to manifest these images. The stronger your feelings about an experience, the more you'll experience it, no matter what it is.

The mind and emotions can work in our favor in a positive way, or against us, controlling and enslaving us. 

There are emotions that revitalize and expand us, like the 4 hormones of happiness: Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphins, Oxytocins. They relax us, make us feel good about ourselves, our surroundings, life, and they motivate us. 

Others make us feel in danger, causing us to enter a fight-or-flight state, distrusting ourselves and our surroundings. They send us into an animal-like state of survival. Emotions of stress, anger, and even fear shut down our minds, affecting our ability to understand, think, and make rational decisions.

Our thoughts bring us closer to others or push us further away. They make us see others as allies or enemies. They make us see life as an opportunity for evolution or as an ordeal. 

By detoxifying the physical body, the intestines are cleansed. This has a close relationship with the brain, with many nerves interconnecting them. By letting go of all that junk in the body, our minds also begin to feel lighter. This is an opportunity to observe all the thoughts and interpretations we carry around, and then work on them. Let go of obsolete, harmful thought patterns and fill ourselves with healthy, pleasing thoughts. 

First, begin to observe your thoughts. Step away from them and become the observer, the observing consciousness. Detach yourself from the outcome of things, from opinions and emotions. Let it go. Surrender everything to spirit, God, the wind, whatever you believe in. Release all your negative emotions and mental chains. This allows the greatest healing power to flow through you, depersonalizing you from pain, anger, fear, etc., and trusting that this time, life can be different if you trust and put your energy into action for a better future. 

Enjoy life moment by moment. Allow yourself the freedom to expand and experience. Break away from old conditioned states of thinking and feeling. Become vibrant and healthy. 

Learn the secrets that lead to the health and vitality of your physical body, emotions, and mind. Take charge of these tools or bodies. They are your instruments of expression while you are in this world. Detoxify and cleanse your body. Allow all your emotions to be carried away or replaced with love. Go beyond your mind. Be you (great vehicle/spirit), not your worldly mind. Use only thought to create what you need, not what your ruminating mind desires. Finish processing everything that is stuck in you, forgive, and release, so that your mind can release that ruminating state as a protective mechanism for what it couldn't process. 

A healthy physical body is a clean and alkaline body.

A healthy emotional body is the experience of love and gratitude

A healthy mind is a controlled and observant tool
