THE BODY SEEKS TO HEAL ITSELF

The body does everything it can to heal itself, if we put toxins and acids in our diet, as soon as it has a moment the body will try to eliminate them through detoxification symptoms. Illness is just the activity of the immune system repairing itself. This includes expelling toxins when it comes into contact with cold (alkalizing), runny nose, mild cough, inflammation and sore throat, all of these are efforts to get rid of mucus, inflammation and repair.

  • Sore throat and cough due to itchy throat
  • Mucus in the nasal passages, bronchi and lungs

A clean body (soil) has a stronger immune system. An intoxicated body

has a weaker immunity. The problem is not so much what is happening outside, but what is happening inside, depending on the state of our body. Are we strengthening or weakening it? That is truly taking responsibility for our health.

  • LEMON ANTIBIOTIC: This is used when there are infections of any kind or as a preventative measure if we feel that something is coming.

Preparation: Wash a lemon, peel and all, cut into pieces along with a quarter of an apple. Put in a blender, add a little water to blend (medium speed) and strain only the liquid. Drink the lemon shot (small glass) 3 times a day, every 8 hours for a full week without interruption even if there is improvement. In prevention mode, take the lemon shot only once a day.

  • Avoid panic, take care instead of worry, fear triggers cortisol and adrenaline, hormones that slow down regeneration processes.

SYMPTOM MANAGEMENT FOR PROMPT RECOVERY 

  • Headache and muscle pain (cut body): 1 tablespoon of

turmeric in half a glass of water, every 4 hours until relief. This

will reduce pain and inflammation.

  • Sore throat: gargle with salt water (check if it is red or yellow)

  • COUGH: Homemade syrup: peeled garlic (6 cloves), red onion (1/4), grated ginger (3 tablespoons), natural honey or agave honey (4 tablespoons) and lemon (juice of 6). Blend and store in the refrigerator (up to 3-4 days). Take one tablespoon 3 times a day.
  • FEVER: Take turmeric as mentioned to reduce pain

Headache that accompanies fever. Put cold cloths on (Keep measuring the fever, avoid it going over 39/40 degrees). Remember that fever is our ally (it raises the immune system and does not stop)

  • TEA FOR Snot: herbs with mullein, eucalyptus, fenugreek and bougainvillea (in equal parts, if you can't get them all, use what you have). 4 tablespoons per liter of water. Drink hot as tea or room temperature water.
  • HIGH HEART RATE: This meditation calms our

  • BREATHING PROBLEMS: VAPORIZATION: This will help

reduce bronchial inflammation, eliminate mucus and thus open lung capacity. Boil 1.5 liters of water in a pot, remove from heat and add 5 drops of peppermint oil and 5 drops of eucalyptus oil. Or if you have eucalyptus leaves, use that. Place a towel on your head and bring your face close to the steam (calculate the distance to avoid burning yourself) and inhale for 10-15 minutes. Do this twice a day, it helps to expectorate mucus, clean and open the airways.
