7-DAY DEWORMING PROTOCOL FOR CHILDREN

Keeping children free of parasites is key to their growth and daily energy. The more processed foods they eat, the more parasites they have. Deworming is the right way to eliminate these parasites and improve your children's eating habits. 

We share with you the essential protocol for performing a safe, effective and supervised deworming. 

1. Morning Routine (Cleansing and Attack)

On an empty stomach: Half a cup of epazote tea with cloves. Drink it warm to awaken the digestive system.

Breakfast (Fruit): Consume only acidic or sub-acidic fruits (pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, green apple, mandarin or plum).

Rule: Don't mix fruit with other foods. Remember: no bananas or dates. Green juices are also very helpful. 

The Key Smoothie: Papaya smoothie that includes exactly 5 well-ground papaya seeds.

2. Lunch and Dinner (Sustain and Energy)

Main Course: Focus on legumes (lentils, chickpeas, beans or broad beans) accompanied by plenty of raw vegetables 

Combination: Keep it simple. One plant-based protein per meal with green vegetables helps with quick digestion and leaves no waste.

Restriction: Do not include meat, eggs, dairy, or fermented foods (no sauerkraut or vinegars). Nothing processed or canned.

3. Snacks and Between Meals (Treatment)

Pumpkin Seed Milk: Drink 2 glasses a day (you can divide them as a snack or mid-morning snack).

Sweeten only with honey and cinnamon. Pumpkin seeds help paralyze parasites.

4. Night Routine (Closing)

Dinner: It should be light (e.g., lentil soup with spinach or chickpea salad).

Before going to sleep: The second half cup of epazote tea with cloves.

Take the Binder: The Intestinal Broom (mix one tablespoon of activated charcoal, nine tablespoons of psyllium, and one tablespoon of green clay). Take half a teaspoon of this in a small glass of water. It has a bitter taste and can be sweetened with honey. 5. Purging Protocol (Castor Oil)

Frequency: 2 or 3 times per week (example: Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

Dosage: 1 teaspoon of castor oil.

Timing: Preferably in the afternoon or a couple of hours after dinner, making sure you are in a comfortable place due to its laxative effect.

Important note: During these 7 days, make sure to drink plenty of plain water to help the castor oil and the fiber from the legumes sweep away waste from the body.
