HOW MUCH FRUIT DO YOU EAT?


A lot. Eating raw food is not the same as eating cooked food. You need more. A very common mistake is to eat too little, which then gives you a headache, dizziness and a feeling of lack of energy.

Cleansing and regenerating the body requires energy expenditure, so it is better to give the body live foods that are high in assimilable nutrients.

3 to 5 kilos per day is a good amount if you are eating only fruit. After that, you remove the peels and seeds. Much of that weight is structured water, so you don't drink as much water. Fruit hydrates at the cellular level and alkalizes. In an alkaline body, there is no disease.

Before switching to just fruit, it is important to eat everything raw, so that it serves as a transition.

Eating only fruit is a high level of detox, although less than juicing. Only those who have already done fasts or other detoxes can do juicing. Otherwise, make a transition weeks before starting to juice.

Fruit is the food for our species, when we return to our origins we recover our health.
