¿Qué tan peligrosos son los hornos microondas para nuestra salud?

Microwave ovens use technology that passes electromagnetic waves through food, exciting the molecules and causing them to move and heat up as they respond to the microwave radiation.

These microwaves bombard the food molecules and convert them from positive to negative.
This friction heats the food, causing its molecular structure to change.
As a result, their content of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins decreases, which causes alterations in our health when we consume them.

How can I replace it?

The least toxic will always be the least altered by the hand of man, which maintains its natural biology, created exactly by the universe to our measure.

✔️Raw soups (They are warm foods, but they do not lose their properties)
How? Add a little warm water to our vegetables, blend it and make a delicious raw vegan soup.

✔️Steamed foods (In this process, not as many nutrients are lost)

✔️Boiled foods (They lose even more nutrients than when steamed)
But it is still healthier than baked/fried/grilled foods.

It is always recommended to eat a raw salad before consuming cooked foods, to reduce the negative impact that these foods have on our body.
Since they have been altered and modified and have lost many properties, our body assimilates them as a threat.

It is important to know our body, to understand what nourishes and intoxicates us, to make decisions based on health and love.
