Victoria Salad Recipe (Beetroot and Tahini)

My dear mommy Victoria taught me this simple but delicious recipe, it blows your palate away!

1 medium beet, boiled, peel and all. Cool and slice thinly.

1 large tomato, sliced

1 medium avocado, sliced

🥣Tahini Sauce

1/4 cup raw sesame seeds, soaked for 1 hour, or lightly toasted; 1/2 cup water; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 squeezed lemon; 1 garlic clove; salt and pepper. Blend until smooth (adjust to taste)

🌿 Store-bought or homemade pesto, a spoonful on top of food
