» Participating in the Alquimia.Regenerativa Group Detox program under the guidance of Lu and having Ame and Eli as support has been a blessing in my life, I could not describe the experience in any other way.
I am definitely not who I was before I started this transition. Before this encounter, I had some physical and emotional deficiencies and vices as well. I have struggled for many years with gluttony, laziness and what comes with excessive consumption of sugar, junk food (fried foods, fast food snacks) and processed foods.
During this time (21 days) I have been able to see myself honestly, as I have not done before. To recognize myself. I feel that with each passing day I am more authentic and genuine about my shadows, about my light. Without any pretension, now I see myself with acceptance.
I can say that this time without sugar has given me greater mental clarity, it has allowed me to focus more on my projects, although it has not been easy. I think that everything also comes from intention and willpower. In addition to this, the meditation and dance therapy accompaniments make everything rewind, the program is so holistic. I am glad that the mental/emotional aspect has been covered as well, it is so important today and this is something that I have not seen in other Detox programs that, as I found out, usually only focus on food and do not take up much more time.
In addition, my security and confidence have increased, my vital health is different, I have been able to see how certain cells (my gums) have regenerated, truly amazing.
