Your energy makes a huge difference. We ask that you actively participate in the group: share photos of your meals, your progress with the daily exercises, and support each other. Collective motivation is key!
3. Co-creation on Social Networks 📲
Help us inspire more people by sharing your process 3 times a week (for 3 weeks) on your Facebook and Instagram stories.
It should be a photo of your detox activities (what you eat, what you do, what you see).
It's essential to always tag us as @alquimia.regenerativa. (Please tell us honestly: Are you good at managing social media and do you know how to do this?)
4. Final Testimonial (Before and After) 📸
At the end of the process, we need your testimonial (written, video, or both). After the 21 days are over, we will share your story on our social media to motivate others to take the step.
