FACTORS THAT FAVOR A PARASITIC INFECTION

✔️ Weak Adrenal Glands: When our adrenal glands are weak and our energy is low they thrive in low energy bodies to hang out and build their colonies. (Fungi love the dark)

✔️ A body full of dead, lifeless and highly acidic foods are the perfect food for these parasitic organisms 

✔️ A dehydrated body: Since it is sticky inside, there is no water, the elimination of toxins does not flow, there is lymphatic stagnation, constipation and poor functioning of elimination organs. Thus, these beings adhere to the nervous system, reach the taste buds, salivary glands and brain and create cravings for the foods they prefer to stay alive and make colonies. 

✔️ Attachment to toxic foods in a mental, emotional and cultural way: Humans believe that we have cravings for specific acidic foods (refined, sugars, flours, etc.) but these are beings asking for their food to survive, they have intelligence and a life of their own.

1- Moles on the body are fungi on the skin

 2- Craving fermented, sticky foods like starch, gluten, refined and other acidic and devitalized foods

WHAT CAN WE DO TO PREVENT THEM FROM GROWING AND DEVELOPING IN OUR BODY?

1- Avoid overstimulating the adrenal glands: 

✔️Avoid foods that excite them such as mate, coffee, energy drinks, meat 

✔️On an emotional level, work on traumas of fear and stress 

✔️Avoid stress as much as possible 

✔️Meditation, free writing, gentle exercise to eliminate tension 

2- Avoid dead and devitalized acidic foods, they are their main food sources. 

Especially foods that are difficult to digest, such as meat, refined flours and starches, these beings appear to degrade these wastes that get trapped in the intestine and cause poor bowel movements.

3- Work on a mental, emotional and cultural level on the attachment to harmful foods, which make us sick, dehydrate us and make our body a perfect home for parasites.

4- Strengthen our mental decision to recover our health. Detoxing is a mental and psychological struggle at times while the parasites die and leave our body.
