When I began my process, I encountered a lot of resistance. The first few days were difficult. My body was demanding attention, and I finally listened and realized I was avoiding emotions. It's incredible how much emerges when we stop covering them up with food. I had some cleansing crises, which, although complicated at the time, ultimately gave me a lot of clarity.
It was a beautiful and profound experience. It was very cleansing physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. I was treated, cared for, and loved through mindful eating, meditation, and yoga. It made me feel whole, light, centered, and happy.
I highly recommend "Regenerative Alchemy." It's a very comprehensive program, including a support group, which was a very important tool, where we lovingly supported each other to achieve our goal. Furthermore, Lu and Ame's service, patience, and dedication are very comforting. They feel like a balm and a warm embrace to the heart.
