The health of your vagina and uterus depends on your diet, this affects the entire female system. An alkaline and mucous-forming diet will help health. A mucous-forming diet will not help. We are what we eat, there is no way out of this.
HEALTHY VAGINA
With a more alkaline and hydrating diet we can experience thinner discharges like the one shown in the images. As the body becomes cleaner, the discharge will become more fluid, milky and odorless. These are the characteristics:
- Pink vulva (or darker depending on skin color), there may be folds
- Smooth and bump-free
- White or clear discharge, like a milky lotion
- With variations in quantity around the cycle
- Very soft non-invasive smell
- Acid pH less than 4.5
- Good lubrication when having sex
- Red, fluid menstrual flow without clots or very small clots
- Menstruation lasting a few days
VAGINA DOES NOT HEAL
If you have a more acidic and processed diet, recurrent infections, candidiasis (common when there are implants of all kinds in the body), if you take a lot of medications, this can affect the texture of the skin and the discharge. These become thicker and stickier. If there are hormonal problems, this also affects it.
- Vulva with red and white pimples, unusual texture
- Grayish white discharge: May show symptoms of vaginosis
- Yellowish discharge: Indicates infection accompanied by vaginal burning and itching
- Grayish green discharge: May show signs of trichomoniasis, foul-smelling discharge like fish, may vary with yellow color.
- Brown discharge: Contains clotted blood. The day after your period ends, it is normal. However, during the month, it can be a sign of internal trauma, infections, injuries, or endometriosis.
NATURAL SOLUTIONS
There are no band-aids such as ovules, temporary hormone-regulating pills, antibiotics, or sexual gels that can regulate an internal imbalance. Many times the solution is to take birth control pills, but they cause long-term problems. Having an IUD in the uterus over time causes rejection by the body, infections, and bleeding.
- Diet high in fruits and vegetables
- Avoid fermented foods if you have an infection
- Stop eating processed foods (hormonal disruptors and toxins)
- Reduce or stop consuming animal products (they directly affect our hormonal and immune systems)
- Wear clothes made of cotton and natural fibers
- Stop wearing underwear and wear more long skirts (good ventilation)
- Stop using pads and tampons that cause more bleeding
- Take extra care of your diet 5-7 days before your cycle
- You can do vaginal steaming
- Aloe vera ovules are good for vaginal candidiasis or infections
- Take care of your emotions and who you share relationships with
