“My name is Fernanda Goñi, I was born in Argentina and for many years now I have lived in Mexico, in San Jose del Cabo, where I own a holistic store, Lo Sagrado, where my partner Rocío and I proudly offer the community high-vibration tools such as minerals, herbs for smudging, Tibetan singing bowls, and more.
Personally, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to sharing sound as a tool and vehicle for healing and elevating consciousness, supporting meditations, sound journeys, and various ceremonies and rituals.
The detox allowed me to listen deeply to my own body and what it had been asking for for some time: a loving detoxification process, where I learned more conscious eating habits that truly honor and take into account all levels of being.
So, through my soul sister and partner, Rocío, I got to know Lu and her work, which she shares with such passion, dedication, and dedication, and it shows every step of the way.
One of the most exciting moments for me in this whole process was in the second week, when I had to face the challenge of eating fruit. I had never chosen to eat fruit in the past! I found as the days went by that with the support of my groupmates, the powerful meditations, and the yoga classes, my body felt so light and my mind was super focused on the goal.
I never suffered from hunger and I also discovered that I am a fruitful woman!!
I love discovering new, ever-evolving parts of myself, making more loving choices toward the divine temple that is my body, the power of the mind to create beauty from the inside out, my brave heart, and my unbreakable spirit. I felt in complete sovereignty of my being, light, focused, clear, and free.
What a great gift I gave myself! In fact, I treated myself to this detox process for my 42nd birthday. I'm blessed to have been able to invest in myself, in my health, in my learning, in my evolution, in my freedom and sovereignty. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
