Small acts of compassion towards ourselves make us start to take better care of ourselves.
A more loving and less demanding care, just as we would treat a small child. We can do this with ourselves. How do I talk to myself? Am I kind with my actions? Do I self-flagellate or punish myself with food? Do I judge myself harshly or give myself a chance?
When we fall into our own trap of complacency. For example, it is not loving to get drunk (alcohol), it is not loving to end up in a food coma... Be careful with this.
Let's forgive each other quickly. Let's love deeply. Let's live as if it were Today, the only time (it is!)
Let’s speak our truth and speak out. Let’s listen to what the body really needs. Let’s pamper and nurture ourselves (self-mothering). Let’s take care of ourselves and not expose ourselves to situations we don’t want to be in. Let’s respect that “I do it for ME.” Let’s prioritize ourselves. Let’s say no when we don’t feel like it. Let’s let go of wanting to please and what others will say. Let’s return to our center in connection with the source.
I take care of myself, I love myself, I respect myself, I honor myself. I am enough, I am love, I am peace.
Blessings 💜 🙏
