WHY IS MEAT HARMFUL?

17 REASONS

1) Contains ptomaines, toxic substances that develop from organisms in the process of decomposition, such as cadaverine, putrescine, histamine, indole, skatole, phenols, neurines, leucomaines (purines, uric acid, hyperic acid, urea, ammonia), adrenaline.

2) It generates free radicals that are linked to at least 50 different serious health pathologies.

3) Its proteins block the use of vitamin D, causing calcium and oxalate concentrations in the kidneys and the formation of kidney stones.

4) It causes enzyme and vitamin deficiencies, acidification of the extracellular matrix, and calcium deprivation. Uricemia (high levels of uric acid in the blood) because excessive uric acid is released during digestion. It also causes hypertension, gout, and a decrease in immune defenses.

5) Because their proteins are highly acidifying and acidity reduces the body's ability to produce enzymes and hormones, without which there is no digestion or biochemical activity.

6) Meat putrefaction in the intestine damages the intrinsic factor and prevents the assimilation of vitamin B12

7) Meat, fish, and seafood are contaminated 10 to 70 times more than vegetables with heavy metals, hormone injections, medications, and genetically modified foods.

8) It generates leukocytosis (immune system response of inflammation and mucus) to compounds that are so difficult to digest

9) Increases LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) since they have dense fats that are difficult to eliminate from the body and end up accumulating

10) It has a doping effect with stimulation (adrenaline) followed by depression, high and low energy

11) Meat proteins increase homocysteine with potential effects of dementia, depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer as it damages the walls of blood vessels.

12) Because to digest it, the body steals minerals and vitamins from the body

13) Its sulfur amino acids eliminate calcium, potassium and magnesium from the body

14) It increases pathogenic germs in the intestine, taking them from 2,000 to 70,000 per cubic millimeter, and creating serious situations of intestinal dysbiosis.

15) It increases the levels of the amino acid tyrosine, with cerebral accumulation of dopamine and adrenaline, neurotransmitters of the bravado and ferocity typical of predators and the consequent appearance of aggressive and violent behaviors.

16) Because we become accustomed to the logic of violence, the repression of the weakest, the contempt for life and the suffering of others

17) Because it extinguishes the sense of pity, compassion and prevents the evolution of the spirit

Research studies conducted by some of the world's leading educational institutions, such as Simmons College and Harvard University (as reported in The New England Journal of Medicine and The Archives of Internal Medicine), have repeatedly shown that meat protein is toxic to humans. • A protein structure is not usable by the body and must be broken down into its simplest compounds called amino acids. This process requires energy (resulting in energy loss) rather than producing energy. • Acids are created in the breakdown of proteins, including uric acid, which causes gout, phosphoric acid, and sulfuric acid. These acids are irritating and inflammatory to tissues. They also stimulate nervous responses that lead to tissue hyperactivity. • Protein is a nitrogen compound, high in phosphorus, and in large amounts depletes the body of calcium and electrolytes. • Proteins are highly acid-forming and lower the body's pH balance. This causes inflammation and tissue weakness, leading to tissue death. • The body doesn't use protein as fuel; it's building blocks and carriers. When you try to lose weight by burning protein for fuel, this causes the breakdown of fats. However, it also causes tissue breakdown, destroying kidney, liver, and pancreatic tissue. • In those with adrenal gland weakness (the majority), the high protein content causes the liver to create large amounts of cholesterol, which builds up in plaques throughout the body but is concentrated in the vascular system, liver, and kidneys. Stones will form in the liver and gallbladder. • Animal proteins rot in the body, causing body odor. The rotting causes a cesspool of toxins to build up in the intestines and tissues, both interstitially (around cells) and intracellularly (inside cells). Not only does this create a breeding ground for parasites, but the acidity creates inflammation that blocks cellular respiration and eventually causes cell death. • Our species is not built to consume large amounts of protein, nor is it physiologically healthy. • High-protein diets contain excessive amounts of epinephrine (adrenaline) and therefore create aggression, anger, and adrenal fatigue. If you are not expressing this anger and aggression, it is stored in your liver. • Meat has been proven to cause intestinal cancer. It is also suspected in liver and pancreatic cancers. The cesspool of putrefaction that accumulates in the lymphatic system is potentially and probably the initial cause of lymphomas. • Carnivorous societies have much shorter lifespans. An example of this is the Intuits of northern Canada and Alaska, whose average lifespan is approximately fifty years. • Meat is nothing more than dead or dying cells living in their own cesspool of stagnant, putrefying blood. • Meat stimulates, irritates, and inflames the sexual organs, especially the prostate gland, leading to prostatitis. • Today's animal meat is full of antibiotics, high levels of adrenaline, growth hormones, pesticides, herbicides, nuclear waste, and other toxic chemicals from air and soil pollution that accumulate in the human body. • High-protein diets reduce manganese levels, causing spasms, seizures, neurotransmitter and neuromuscular problems, Parkinson's, and Lou Gehrig's disease. • Meat is full of dead blood cells (hemoglobin) that are full of iron. However, iron is a mineral that, if consumed in abundance, can become toxic, especially non-plant iron. Iron toxicity decreases chromium (needed for insulin transport), decreases zinc (needed in insulin and energy production), damages liver, pancreas, and kidney tissue, decreases calcium and calcium absorption and utilization, increases sodium levels creating edema, and increases nitrogen and phosphorus levels, thus creating acidosis. • High-protein diets cause dizziness, imbalance, and spastic conditions by decreasing manganese levels. • Meat consumption causes high blood pressure due to sodium retention and lipid clotting. • Red meat is linked to an increase in N-Nitroso compounds from gut bacteria, which can cause cancer in the gut walls. • Consuming meat with vitamin C supplements improves iron absorption, increasing iron toxicity. • Meat consumption is also known to be one of the primary and most direct causes of cavities. These are just a few examples of why diets high in animal protein are destroying the human race. Wake up and enjoy life without animal products. Your body will love you as it becomes odor-free and vibrant. Love your planet and its animals, too.
