EAT WATER, EATING FRUITS.


Those of us raised on the typical standard diet (SAD) are dehydrated. We've been led to believe that drinking water is hydrating. Body hydration is a lymphatic problem. Dehydration is acidosis, and we must correct that. This is what detoxification does.

If detoxification (cleaning the body's gigantic "sewage system") were as simple as rinsing the body with water, we would all have cured our illnesses years ago.

Lymphatic fluid is made of lipids. Therefore, water won't hydrate the cells interstitially (the thick, hardened fluid found in the spaces between and around the cells of a person whose body is riddled with lymphatic stagnation). If your urine is clear and you're not eliminating toxins, if you're not going to the bathroom normally, two or three times a day, as someone on a raw, fruit-rich, plant-based diet (80%) typically does, it means your lymphatic system is compromised.

Deep tissue detoxification and the removal of all obstructions to the flow of energy within the body is the way to proceed. Toxins and obstructions are the causes of our illnesses and conditions. This process also regenerates tissues, and weakened and malfunctioning organs, glands, and systems are repaired and rebuilt.

The adrenal glands control the kidneys and provide them with energy to eliminate acids and toxins from the body. The majority of the world's population today has weak and chronically diseased adrenal glands.

The body doesn't want (external) water and must expend energy eliminating excess water, depleting the energy required to eliminate toxins. If you have weak kidneys, you can overload them by drinking too much water.

To hydrate the body, we need living water to eliminate rotten and toxic waste from our lymph, organs, and glands. Fruit contains the finest living water available on the planet right now. It contains living enzymes, amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, and a full range of living nutrients in a proper balance that enriches life.

Fruits, berries, and melons are optimal cleansers and purifiers for the body's gigantic sewage system, lymphatic system, lipid transport system, immune system, and lubricating system. Their astringent properties dissolve hardened lymph and effectively draw out mucus.

Fruits have a much more aggressive effect than any other food. They are magnetic and more astringent than vegetables, and some people mistake this as something bad for them. The more energy a food has, the greater its healing capacity. That's why glucose and fructose are essential. These simple sugars are one of the most important factors in driving cells to regenerate.

Why does the body retain water? (Water retention: edema) Water retention is a symptom of acidosis and dehydration. Water retention is a symptom of weak kidneys and acid protection (the body protecting itself).

The body's three main antacids are cholesterol, water (edema), and calcium (drawn from bones) to combat acidosis (acids are HOT and burn inside) to protect your precious cells.

You should be careful about creating alkalosis by drinking water with a pH of 9.5 (Kangen water). You may see good results initially, but that doesn't mean you're not setting yourself up for some serious long-term problems. Blood has a pH of only 7.4, and when blood is too alkaline, you'll develop alkalosis.

If you feel the need to drink water, alkaline water is fine, but don't drink anything above 8-8.5 pH. It's too alkaline. It's best to get your water from fresh, alkaline, pesticide-free fruits, berries, melons, and vegetables, and potent, healing herbal teas.

Those who consume our species-specific diet rarely drink water. They get their water from high-energy, high-vibration fruits, berries, melons, greens, and non-starchy vegetables.
