Tell me, do you have any other tips for eating fruit? I like to make mono fruit (one plate of fruit at a time).
If you like to mix, no more than 3 at a time and following the correct combinations (look for the article in my previous posts).
I eat large quantities between 3 and 100 kilos (including the peel and seeds, without these it only has half) when I make only fruit.
If I want a more intense detox, I don't eat bananas, but if I'm hungry, they are filling.
Acidic and subacid fruits are more astringent and cleansing.
Sweet fruits give you more energy.
Now yes, how to choose fruit
● Organic or pesticide-free fruit is better
● If it is not possible to buy organic, buy from trusted and fresh places
●You can let it rest for 15' in water with baking soda and lemon
●The fruit is blessed to render the pesticide harmless
●Also if it is not organic you can peel it and eat it without the shell
●The fruit is eaten ripe, it is not recommended to buy it green to ripen later.
●Seasonal fruit is preferable, it is cheaper and sweeter
●Avoid imported fruit (it is cut green and sometimes frozen for transport and is quickly ordered)
●If you can't find it, it's okay to buy frozen fruit to make the Smoothies
●The banana is chosen when it is already ripe (with spots), so it has more nutritional value
●Fruit is eaten alone, not mixed with vegetables (except apple and pear)
