You have a short fuse and are easily angered; this isn't just a personality trait or a standard you fall into, but it also has a biological basis. The liver and gallbladder are the body's laboratory; they are responsible for storing, detoxifying, and metabolizing substances, both physically and energetically.
Liver problems manifest when a person overexerts themselves, either physically or mentally, worrying about everything happening around them instead of processing it properly—that is, adapting to events. THE EMOTION ON LOOP
Anger arises when something frustrates you, when you feel blocked from achieving your desires, and the response is to increase your resources to solve the problem. If you have been repressed, forced to do things you don't want to do, or ignored, it's very likely you carry a wound of anger and resentment.
The imbalance occurs when you continue to use a biological response of anger to resolve current situations that don't require such a surge of adrenaline. Indeed, anger is useful for increasing your physical strength, but it's not useful for increasing your mental coordination.
Not knowing how to channel it ends up becoming a factor that further damages the situation you are facing.
Anger can play a greater or lesser role in each person's life. We may get angry more or less easily. This variable is important and deserves to be observed. When this attitude toward obstacles becomes habitual, it ends up becoming a way of sabotaging our growth.
GO TO THE ROOT OF THE ANGER
What frustrates you?
Do you see obstacles as a mockery or a conspiracy against you?
Do you think you're smarter than other people at solving problems, and that's why you get angry with others?
How do you react to the obstacles I encounter? Do you destroy or solve?
Do you see the obstacle as a threat or as a way to learn new ways of being and facing life?
Have you been feeding the energy of anger for many years?
If anger arises, channel it: A walk, breathing exercises, physical activity, meditation, etc., allow us to gradually drain this energy.
CHANGE THE LIGHT BULB
● Focus on solving the problem to benefit all parties
● Recognize your needs and the needs of the other person
● Recognize your strength, your voice, and your power
● Become aware of your difficulties and those of the other person in order to apply the tools that allow for the evolution of both parties
● View the obstacle as a challenge for your evolution
