I am Adriana Gutiérrez, a bio-emotional decoder from the Human Bridge current, a visual artist and creator of Terrana, a space for exploration and personal transformation through art and the symbolic language of the symptom.
In this interview I will share the proposal of the Symptom Path, a journey of awareness that invites us to observe how certain emotional themes have been expressed throughout our history and how it is possible to relate to them in a different way.
I will also discuss the integration of art and healing, and how I use my paintings as gateways to the unconscious. Through images and symbolic territories created specifically for this work, art becomes a tool for profound exploration, allowing each person to engage with aspects of themselves that often remain outside of conscious awareness.
