Space for self-observation
To meditate is to give oneself a space to observe, know, transform, drain and heal oneself.
Meditation allows us to open the mental doors to different points of view, to go deeper and to get away from our own way of thinking. It puts us in order. It enables us to see the thoughts that are in our mind and transform them or discard those that are not useful. It also allows us to intend, visualize our body internally and energetically leave it with beautiful intentions so that it is healthy and vibrant. After meditating we can drain ourselves by writing in our notebook.
ORIGINS
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Originally the purpose of meditation was to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces in life. Today, meditation is commonly used for relaxation and stress reduction as it brings the brain into alpha, theta and delta waves. Moving out of gamma and beta waves (brain arousal). Meditation shows that we can learn to modify our brain waves and come down from acute or constant arousal and stress while being awake and aware.

Learning to apply meditation in our daily life gives us multiple benefits:

GIVE YOURSELF YOUR SPACE
Anyone can meditate. It is a simple and inexpensive activity that does not require any special equipment. But it is good to be able to set up your own space to do it.
● Calm place, without noise or with soft, relaxing music
● Tidy space
● You can use relaxing natural aromas of essential oils, incense, incense, natural perfumes, flowers
● Comfortable clothes
● Sit in a comfortable chair, or on a cushion or mat in the lotus position (not in bed so as not to fall asleep)
● Open attitude: Allows thoughts and emotions to pass through the mind without judging them
● Notebook to write your post-meditation reflections in your journal
DURATION
The meditation session should last at least 20 minutes to be effective. This gives the mind enough time to enter a calm and focused state, which is necessary for deep relaxation and stress relief.
TYPES OF MEDITATION
Mindfulness Meditation: It consists of observing reality in the present moment, without any intention of judging and with complete openness and acceptance. Observing how our mind makes its interpretations, staying in observation, not personifying what it is thinking. Until reaching mental silence.
Guided Meditations: Alchemical meditations of transmutation, transgenerational, transpersonal, with mudras, mantras, with movement of energy through the chakras, focused on breathing, etc.
