An excess of protein and an acidifying diet (dairy, animal, processed, junk food) can lead to a weakening of this rarely mentioned gland.
When the production of parathyroid hormone (PTH) fails, we see the symptoms mentioned above that intervene in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. Calcium has an alkaline pH and when there is acidification it is taken from other parts (for example bones) to alkalize, which produces weakness in the tissues.
If your elimination channels are not yet open, toxins do not exit the right way and cause harm. This can be a build-up of years!
THE SOLUTIONThe solution is not to supplement with calcium (not bioavailable) or drink more milk (pus, acids, antibiotics etc) but to go to the root of the problem to heal the parathyroid:
1- Eat a live, hydrating, alkaline DIET, high in fruits that help reverse damage to the gland, to strengthen our bones and connective tissues.
2-Make the KIDNEYS filter (sediment in the urine, toxins out!)
3-Ensure that the INTESTINES are clean (absorption efficiency), and eliminating well to remove toxins.
4-Move the LYMPHATIC system (exercise, dry brushing, hot/cold showers)
5-Herbs such as horsetail, white oak bark (Quercus alba)
6-GREEN CLAY in the throat daily (pulls toxins through the skin)
7-KELP algae (no if there is hyperthyroidism, yes if there is hypothyroidism). Irish moss or Gigartina, due to its collagen content, also helps (internally and externally).
There is no MAGIC PILL, but there is a path to follow after years of toxicity, it can take a long time to cleanse the body and regenerate it.
