✴️ 1 tablespoon of Turmeric powder
✴️ 1 piece of Ginger or 1 pinch of powder
✴️ 1 pinch of black pepper
✴️ 1 piece of Cinnamon
✴️ 1 pinch of Cardamom
✴️ 1 clove
✴️ 1/4 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION: Put everything on the fire, remove and sweeten with agave honey (vegan) or honey. It helps to raise the heat in the body as well (ideal if there is cold in the uterus)
RAW VERSION:
Use all the powdered ingredients and add to the raw homemade milk, mix well. Heat in a bain-marie, no more than 41 degrees.
