LENTIL BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

450 grams of dried lentils, let them germinate for 48 hours (ideal) or soak them for 12 hours, then strain and drain

2/3 cup homemade vegetable milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tbsp. agave honey

1 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. olive oil


Sea salt to taste
Seasonings to taste: Garlic powder, dried thyme, oregano
Seeds to taste: linseed, sunflower, sesame

PREPARATION

Blend at high speed for 3 minutes until it becomes a milky mixture. After it is done, place it in a bowl

Place this liquid in a previously oiled bread mold and a little lentil flour so that it does not stick when unmolding.

COOK:

It can be cooked in a steamer or oven.

Steamer: Over medium or high heat for 45/48 minutes
Oven: 180 degrees for 45/50 minutes
