RECIPE: CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 

Sugar-free, gluten-free, raw, plant-based, delicious, easy, and healthy! This recipe is amazing ⬇️ If you make it, tag Alquimia Regenerativa. I like to make a big batch and freeze them, even though they disappear so fast, my whole family loves them.

INGREDIENTS

TRUFFLES

  • Cashew nuts 1 cup
  • 8 Dates 
  •  3/4 cup Cocoa powder
  •  1/4 cup Cacao Nibs 
  • 1 cup Hemp seeds 
  •  2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  •  2 tablespoons of agave honey
  • Half a tablespoon of Maca
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  •  1/4 tsp of sea salt

VANILLA SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts 
  • Water 1/2 cup 
  • Agave honey 1 tablespoon 
  • Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp 
  • Sea salt 1/4 tsp

PREPARATION 

TRUFFLES

Place all the ingredients in the food processor. Remove from the processor and form small circles, add pieces of cacao nibs, chopped nuts, then form small balls, roll them in hemp seeds.

VANILLA SAUCE

Place all the ingredients in the blender until you have a medium-liquid sauce.

PRESENTATION

Place the fruit on a plate and the cream in a glass bowl. We can dip the truffles in this delicious sauce and enjoy!
